Shawn worked for me back in the day and he is an excellent carpenter and wood worker. One of the best in the valley. I always contact him first when I have work lined up.

We hired Shawn Williams ( SAW Contracting ) to build our primary residence in 2014. We found him to be a knowledgeable and meticulous builder. Shawn would only accept the highest quality workmanship and materials. He used an excellent set of subs and required excellent work from them. He was easy to work with and guided our choices at every step. He made sure that materials arrived on time and that one phase of the project flowed seamlessly to the next, coordinating the work of the carpenters with all the other subs. We had never built a new home before, so this was a daunting project for us. Furthermore, Shawn is my son in law, so there was some concern with using his services. However, we should not have worried. Shawn guided us through from beginning to end. He completed our project ahead of schedule and with superb quality. We're now entering our third winter in "cold, snowy" Gunnison and the house is quite amazing: there's no creaking or cracking, no drafts, and most importantly, no callbacks for poor workmanship. We love the house and how it was built. It has been problem free. Shawn Williams gets our highest recommendation. Everything he does is thoughtful, at "right angles" and of the highest quality. We give him our highest recommendation.

Shawn and his team are reliable and hardworking. On two different occasions they provided me with solid construction products (a garage addition and a shed) at cost conscious prices. I will reach out to them again when my next construction project arises.
