Dave Schirmer is the consummate professional when it comes to home design and construction projects. Dave has completed several projects at our home, the most recent of which was a re-design of the street view grounds of our home. This included replacement of sidewalk, addition of a grand brick staircase extending from street to front door to match existing brick on house, complete tear out of overgrown landscape, redesign and planting of new landscape material, additional lighting and more. Dave has the ability to listen to the customer's desires and offers design and solution options that meet the customers needs in a cost-effective manner. We are very pleased with Dave's services and will continue to call on him for future home remodeling projects.

We wanted to create a space in front of our home to take advatage of a mountain view. We had a bare bones concept. Dave helped us transform the concept into a vision and then a plan. He designed an outdoor lighted patio space with landscaping that looks as if it always should have been there. His attention to detail complimented his strong desire to make sure that the finished product matched our vision. Dave provided the personal detail that we wanted. He cared as much, if not more, about the quality and beauty of the finished product as we did. Thanks Dave!

Dave has done several projects for me over the years from grading the back yard to installing ceramic tile in my kitchen/dining room and insulating my basement. I totally trust him.
