Mike Schmidt & his crew did an absolutely wonderful job on our kitchen remodel. I tried posting the before & afters (one pic has sun reflection), cannot tell if it worked. I wish I could post more pics of all the special IKEA organizing features. I would highly recommend Mike as well as his employees! Plan your dream kitchen & they will build it!

Mike and his crew constructed a kitchen/dining area for us in Spring 2015. Although we had basic drawings from an architect, they helped us tweak and finalize the design until it was perfect. They ordered and picked up the cabinets from Ikea in Minnesota and make several trips a month to MN or Kansas City so returns/changes were no big deal. In fact once the base cabinets were in, we realized the counter "felt" too long. We were able to make the change, get a different base cabinet, and be ready for the quartz counter template.

Mike & his crew installed 3 egress windows & landscaped our yard.Schmidt Construction performed above expectations and his bid was 50 % of the first bid we got, transaction was smooth and done in a timely manner.
