My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Overall the house and garage projects turned very well. The cost came out to the bid other than what we changed. To be expected. Had a couple issues with a couple subcontractors. One issue is a little more communication from contractor.

Todd helped us build our retirement home, after researching and meeting builders, and getting recommendations we went with Todd. Very happy with our beautiful home, Todd was easy to work with and helped us along the way of our first build! We will be using him again for our Shouse (Shop/house).

Stay away from this shyster! Very poor build quality and many defects in construction. They are just doing it for the money and have a bad reputation in town.
