Worst company I have ever used. No follow through. Little communication. Ordered wrong supplies for the job and then tells me the correct supplies are back-ordered. After 7 months, I have paid out 3/4 of the cost and only have half a deck.

The designer I have been working with is very creative and knowledgeable and has been very responsive and accessible! :)

At that time, I found out the name of this reputable construction company, Schwalb Builders Remodeling while searching on the internet. Their trained and skilled professionals were very easy to communicate, so it was always a pleasure to interact with them. Now, we all love the new look of our bathroom. Kevin you are the best

I had been looking for a reliable home remodeling contractor in Denver for over a month before I met Eli from Schwalb Builders. He was friendly and walked me through the remodeling process, choosing the right bath vanities, flooring, new dry wall installation, kitchen countertops, and kitchen cabinets. We bought our new house not more than ten years ago, but faced a lot of problems due to the damaged walls and floors of our master bathroom. So, started searching for a reliable and experienced remodeling company. After a few days of search, we stumbled upon the name and reviews of Schwalb Builders Kitchen & Bath Remodeling and then contacted Thomas, the project manager of this company. The very next day he sent some of his trained experts and showed us a great combination of knowledge, skill, beautiful design, and hard work which we loved a lot.

My husband and I contacted Schwalb Builders in August of 2021 about a potential master bathroom remodel. I signed an agreement in September of 2021. The original estimate was for a ten day project. The project ended up taking 60 days for reasons outlined below but mainly because the work crew didn’t show up on most days and materials were not ordered in a timely manner if at all We were upset for the following reasons: (1) we were told a crew was ready to start and gave an ok to begin demolition only to find out that the “crew” was one person being tossed b/t various job sites. The company knowingly started a demolition w/o adequate labor power to fulfill the commitment and did not disclose this to us up front. This largely explained why the estimated ten days they provided to complete the project took close to 60 days, other delays also account for this; (2) parts were selected 7 months prior to start and were not ordered causing delays, (3) incorrect parts were delivered, (4) agreed upon precautions to protect floors/carpets/closets were not taken despite assurances and my specifically asking they be done on more than one occasion. This resulted in close to $600 in property damage (5) crew repeatedly did not show up and when they did show up were there on multiple occasions till 7-8pm at night, this was very disruptive to our family life. The explanations for delays and now shows at best indicate incompetence and at worse could be construed as dishonest, 6) we were not notified of when people would be coming and going despite requests to be kept informed. As a homeowner, it is reasonable to expect that you will be informed when people are entering and exiting your home, (7) materials were selected on our behalf w/o asking us and materials we had selected were not ordered, (8) original estimates for materials were grossly inaccurate, even the cheapest options available were substantially more expensive than the that quoted, (9) the person doing the work was not informed of any of the design elements I’d specified with Rob and had to redo things or just didn’t do them, 10) an acknowledgment of poor service and/or sincere apology for such service wasn’t issued. I contacted the owner, Sean, on 9/19 (roughly 3 weeks in) to request assistance in improving how things were going. He never responded. I reached out again when final payment was due to provide feedback, request reimbursement for damages to our property, and in hopes of getting an apology and perhaps an additional amount taken off the final payment as we did not feel the spirit of the contract was upheld. We really just wanted an acknowledgement, sincere apology and compensation for damaged property. He raised his voice, used profanity once, repeatedly interrupted me, refused to read any of the feedback we sent him, and texted me afterhours as late as 10pm asking for money. In the end, he agreed to reimburse for damages. He never issued an apology or acknowledgement.

Schwalb builders did my kitchen and bathroom project the tem and the project manager rob did a fantastic job rob was one to everything the team came from 8-6 almost every day the quality of the work is great! Really recommend that company schwalb builders tank you for great experience
