Tim S. was a consummate professional for this entire construction journey. He over-delivered in every aspect of the job - from completing earlier than expected to ensuring we were scoped for the project correctly. I felt as though Tim made budget transparency a huge part of the conversation. Tim was always on site and reachable for questions. He was personable with the kids and entertained their excitement for the project. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and the expertise Tim and his team provided. He brought terrific recommendations to support the build and exceed our expectations on the way the project turned out. He left no stone unturned and made us feel as though we were his priority every step of the way!

We had multiple projects done by Scudieri Construction, including a complete kitchen renovation, where most of my house was down to studs. They did an excellent job.( Walls were removed, beams were installed, the kitchen was moved to a new location) Started and finished on time. Tim is a professional, he made sure everything went well all day, and that everyone left my house in order at the end of each day ( we were living there during the construction) My kitchen is the talk of the town! I would definitely recommend these guys for your next project big or small.

We bid our renovation job out to 4 contractors and Scudieri’s estimates were right in line with the others. No surprises with the budget and Tim was helpful with cost savings suggestions and giving us options throughout the project. All of the subcontractors were very professional and the quality of the work was great. Most important was that the project finished on time and Tim always kept us apprised of the schedule and timeline. The project management and communication was excellent.

Tim is great to work with! Work is always of the highest quality and most importantly there were NO surprises in any of the 3 projects he did for me spanning over a year. Smallest project was less than $5,000, largest was over $150,000 and he was the same conscientious professional during the entire time. From now on, I will never use anyone but Scudieri Construction for projects around my house.

I had a complete renovation of my master bathroom and a walk in closet added.I highly recommend Tim from the start to finish Tim and his crew took care of everything and whenever a question came up Tim responded himself immediately.They were neat and cleaned up everything daily before they left and took care to cover all work areas protecting my floors and walls.My bathroom and closet came out beautiful and we have received many compliments.
