Jon and his team at Seaboard provided excellent service and great attention to detail with our recent renovations. The finished product was beautiful, and their attention to detail on our historic home was excellent. We were especially impressed with their willingness to look beyond the cosmetics and focus on the underlying parts of the house and its systems to make sure there wouldn't be problems in the future. They delivered a completed project that looks great, and worked hard to complete it ahead of schedule to accommodate us. We'd highly recommend them.

We hired Jon to build a large deck off the back of our home along with an outdoor shower under the deck. He did a beautiful job on time and within budget. We would use him again!

We recently hired Seaboard Engineering and Construction to replace the flooring and repaint the interior of our waterside condo. Jon Burdette and his wife Marybeth provided the oversight and expertise to exceed all expectations we had for the project. Jon and his team were clean, courteous and skillful in the demolition of our existing flooring and the reinstallation of beautiful ceramic tile wood-like planks, and his painter was a true artist. Marybeth holds a college degree in interior design and helped ensure our flooring and paint colors worked with our existing furniture, paintings, etc. I have already recommended Jon, Marybeth and Seaboard Engineering and Construction to many of our friends and neighbors.

Last year we hired Joh Burdette and Seaboard Engineering and Construction to implement a major interior house renovation. The renovation involved a significant structural component as we removed load bearing pillars to open up the space as well as removing interior walls and redesigning two floors of space. Jon worked closely with an engineer we hired prior to meeting Jon and this collaboration gave us total confidence in the continued structural integrity of our house. Jon and his crew were easy to work with and made our large job manageable. There was a last minute problem with delivery and quality of the kitchen backsplash tile and Jon recommended we find a better solution. Jon and his wife Mary Beth spent an entire weekend morning with us at a tile warehouse and helped select materials to be installed later that week. The end result was much better than the planned tile. Jon is honest, conscientious and works hard to spend his clients' money wisely. We are quite pleased with the final product and highly recommend Jon and Seaboard Engineering for large or small projects.
