Steve Perlik, owner, and his team of skilled carpenters coupled with a general group of well-qualified sub-contractors has completed two home remodeling projects for us over the last 3 years. The first was a major addition which included a new kitchen, powder room with separate attached shower, mud/laundry room, attic space and a new garage. The second, was a project to finish off a basement space creating a walk-in reception area off the garage, a powder room and a work-out room. Neither of our projects were based on a completion deadline however both were completed in a timely manner. There are numerous things about working with SEI that are remarkable including; their creativity yet respect and consideration of homeowner input throughout the construction process, their willingness to enable the homeowner to select unique sources for products adding their professional assessment of the products; budget adjustments are not guided by "change orders" but rather by developing design options during the course of the project. Commitments are kept. They KNOW their craft and will work tirelessly to ensure customer satisfaction.
