In 2005, Les Siem, a General Contractor, established Siem Construction, LLC because he was passionate about using his creativity and construction experience to transform client visions to life. Les Siem was born and raised in St. James, Minnesota. Les and his wife, Amanda, have two boys, Jayse and Bryce, who have inherited their father’s endless energy. Integrity, honesty, and affordability are core values for Siem Construction. With twenty years of experience in building new homes, residential remodeling projects, and small commercial projects, Les Siem ensures that each project is completed efficiently and tailored to fit his client’s vision.
