We started our plans for our new home build before we hired Sinclair Homes as our builder/contractor. We were working with a draftsman who drew up our plans, along with the help and knowledge of Jerry Sinclair. Jerry worked along side us and the architect/draftsman without being paid and/or prior to being hired by us. We looked into other builders for our project and thankfully came to the decision that Jerry Sinclair was the builder for us. Jerry Sinclair saw our vision. He made what would have been impossible with other builders come true for us. He is hard working, honest and tireless. He even came to the build to do physical labor, which he was not hired to do and was not paid to do. He was always available to us, night or day when needed. Jerry was always on site and always reachable. To this day we are so thankful we chose Jerry Sinclair and we would do it again if the opportunity came up.
