Over the past year, Sineath Construction has been building our new home in Montreat, NC. Even with all the crazy supply chain issues and assorted challenges, they kept our project on time!! We have been in it for a month and could not be more pleased with the final product. Their world class team made the process rewarding and easy. From making selections, to their suggested changes that would save money or improve the final product, I can't say enough good things about the high quality and professionalism of the whole team. I recommend them without reservation. A special thanks to Brian, Dylan, and Monica for all their help.

I have absolutely no hesitation rating the work of Sineath Construction FIVE STARS. For the past two summers they have completed repair and remodeling work for me involving exterior siding, decking, roofing, chimney rebuilding, window replacement, gutter instillation and painting. Their work crews are versatile, experienced, well trained and easy to talk with when I had questions. They arrive when promised, on time and bring with them all the proper tools for the work to be done. The quality of their workmanship is consistent and excellent. I completely trust Sineath Construction and believe you can too.

Sineath Construction was the builder for our new home. From the earliest stages, including property assessment, to completion, working with Brian Sineath and our on-site supervisor and office personnel and other on-site workers was a pleasure. We are very fortunate that we chose Sineath Construction as our builder. We found Brian and all of the employees that we worked with to be professional, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful and accommodating when we made special requests. Our on-site supervisor was a very good communicator and followed up promptly with us, vendors, and subcontractors when needed. We often sought advice and always received good guidance. A good record-keeping system made budget, timelines, and expenditures easy to access and transparent. -- When a friend asked me, early in the building process, what I liked most about it, I immediately said "working with our builder," and that assessment is still true.

I believe the highest praise you can give a contractor is to use them on another project. We have done that and are once again very happy with the quality and service we received when we recently added a new porch to our house. If we hadn’t fully trusted Sineath Construction from a previous remodel, we probably would not have considered moving forward with our project in February during a pandemic. We are glad we did and the results are great and we always felt safe during the process. As in the past we have appreciated their attention to issues we raise during construction and know that they will be attentive to little matters that may arise after any construction project.

We are in the midst of building "our dream home" with Sineath construction. It sits in a steep elevation mountain area. Brian Sineath has been great to work with thus far. He has a passion for doing things THE RIGHT WAY and seemingly wants to exceed our expectations. Even though some owners take a step back after the contract has been signed, Brian has been actively involved in our project since day 1. His team is solid and his framing crew is second to none. I'll update this post at the completion of our project but wanted to share for anyone considering an Asheville general contractor.

We recently moved to this area and researched many builders before deciding on Sineath Construction for our remodel which included many different aspects. We were pleased with the quality of work, their professionalism, pricing and by the fact that they met the agreed upon completion date. It has been over a year and we are also happy with their follow-up on minor issues. We would highly recommend them and would use again.

I interviewed several contractors for renovations at my mountain home and decided upon Sineath, because of the detailed and thoughtful recommendations they provided; they had come highly recommended by others in the area & I was impressed by the quality of their workmanship. They provided a competitive bid & were able to meet my deadline for completion. The remodel consisted of installing granite counter tops, new appliances & lighting, hardwood flooring and additional trim work. I was so pleased with this result that I hired them again to remodel a bath: granite counter tops, new plumbing fixtures & lighting. Their design consultant was very helpful in coordinating tile, lighting and other fixtures. I would definitely hire Sineath again.

Pleasant to deal with. Want to please. Creative in finding solutions. High quality carpentry. Mediocre painting (SCI is a sub company of Sineath). Poor staging and logistics in our renovation caused considerable inconvenience and duplication of effort, which since the job was expensed on a cost + basis incurred greater total cost. For these reasons, project was promised to be completed on a rolling 2 week basis for the final 7 weeks before the final punch list was approved. Budget estimates also erred on the low and more affordable side which as the project unfolded were obviously "soft" and did not accurately reflect considerably higher final costs.
