Singleton Renovations

Ryan took on the job of repairing some bad spots on my roof, replacing fascia on side of the roof and replacing the sheet rock on the ceiling. Paid in advance. Nothing has been done. He also agreed on October 12 to remove popcorn ceilings, sand, finish and repaint. Only about 40 percent has been done. To date, I have paid Ryan $2,750.00 and he will not complete the work or return calls, text or emails. Ryan came highly recommended by a relative who is a real estate agent. Ryan has been a complete disappointment. What he has done is criminal. I will explore every avenue to get satisfactory results or a refund

Ryan did and outstanding job, he showed up on time and completed the project as promised, within the budget, when we requested changes, he was prompt and fair with the quote.

Ryan was referred to me by a close friend and so we decided to use him on a kitchen reno in our home. I must say (as I told him personally already) that I was blown away by every aspect of his work. His ideas when added to our basic plans were wonderful and make so much sense now that we see them in practicality. I LOVED the fact that he showed up when he said he would. (He was just finishing off another project at the time so only worked part time on ours in the first week. I love a crew that shows up on time.) He cleaned up every night before leaving so that we were not trucking dirt throughout the rest of the house. All scrap was put in a bin on the driveway so that there was nothing for our dogs to get into. At one point they came across a situation that was going to add both cost and time to the job. This was not totally unexpected. I have had that happen in other work we have had done but the speed and manner in which it was explained to us by Ryan left us feeling totally secure that we had chosen the right contractor. Our kitchen has become the showpiece and gathering spot of our home and we have received many compliments on it. I am happy to refer Ryan to anyone looking for quality work on their home. Though we did have less expensive quotes, I am totally convinced that the job could not have been done better. We are already thinking of doing over our main bathroom. I know who we will be calling. Ryan is my go-to contractor! I first met him as a referral from a fellow Allen Tate Realtor, and he has helped my clients get their homes ready to sell as well as with repair request items. I liked his work so much that I also hired him to work on my own homes. He is great for a variety of projects. He painted the entire interior of my home, replaced rotten siding, repaired flooring, and sheetrock. At my listings/sales he has done things including roof repair, deck rebuilds, and all sorts of cosmetic and structural items. I have also seen some of the more extensive projects he has done such as bathroom remodels, and it is impressive. I highly recommend his services!
