Dave and his crew took on our extensive home remodel and not only did they finish on time but also on budget! There were several tricky parts of our reno--including several days where our kitchen would be sans roof--and they handled everything with total professionalism. All of Dave's subcontractors, too, were great to work with, highly skilled, and filled us with confidence. Also, Dave and all his associates were so considerate of our home, always cleaning up at the end of every work day and keeping an eye on our curious cat to make sure she didn't get into trouble. Dave came recommended by our designer. We were in the midst of a nightmare- our previous contractor had left with a sub-standard, unfinished renovation, half of which we still lived in! Most we reached out to wouldn't touch this project with the problems, code violations, aberrations from blue prints, etc. we were left with. Dave’s willingness to take it on and correct, and in virtually all instances greatly improve the existing quality and plans saved the day. We now welcomed into our home a crew who were always on time, cleaned up every day, and were a pleasure to have around. They are hard working talented craftsmen who take pride in their work. Dave is clear spoken, utterly professional regarding communication, billing, discussion of issues, etc.; he has become a good friend. Five years later we still have that feeling of pride in our home. I hired Sirois construction to do a major home remodel in 2015. Dave and his team of talented, hardworking professionals did an outstanding job. I recently hired them to do another smaller job for me and would call them first for any construction project I am entertaining. Dave will keep you informed along the way, is up front and honest in all of his interactions and saved me from making a few mistakes. David provided excellent full life cycle coverage on a new house build in 2014 and 2015. Dave would visit houses and land as we looked for the right opportunity in Piermont. His practical wisdom and counsel was invaluable in us finally settling on a great piece of land with a house that we knew we would have to knock down. He worked closely with us and the architect from the get go, advising on design ideas and providing realistic and comprehensive estimates. In addition he provided help in dealing with the permitting process. We executed on the house build project with David as the GC, however he proved to be much more than that. In addition to what you would expect (cost and budget management, coordinating the sub-contractors and managing the overall build timeline) he constantly provided pro-active design feedback and also ensured we as clients were meeting our deliverables on the project (in the nicest way possible). The net result was a beautiful, well built home that was provided on time and within budget. We have lived in the house for just over a year with no issues and a minimal punch list. It could not have been a more pleasurable process with an end result that we are thrilled with.
