We worked with Smithwell to remodel an awkwardly designed 80's era bathroom, and we are very happy with the results. Jake was able to help us reconfigure the narrow space while also giving us the spacious shower and standing tub we wanted. The work was done on time, the individual contractors were all easy to work with, and it looks beautiful. This is the second project we have done with Smithwell and we would use them again. Highly recommend!

I interviewed multiple contractors and basement finishing companies for my 1800 sq ft basement project. After the initial meeting with Dave, I felt confident his company would do a great job. From design drawing to completion, communication was excellent. All workers and subcontractors were on time, professional, and meticulous. Project was completed on time and on budget. Smithwell Construction is hands down the best company we’ve ever dealt with as homeowners. In the beginning we met with Dave who was always available for our questions and to provide advice as we developed our plans. When it came to our addition project we worked with Ryan. Ryan and his staff are professional in every sense of the word. Everyone involved was so personable and easy to work with. The addition was very well constructed with high quality materials. All subcontractors were professional and accommodating. We began with a complete set of plans and drawings but as the project advanced Ryan and my wife and I saw things that could be done differently than originally envisioned. Ryan was very flexible in incorporating changes and the end result was even better than we could have imagined at the beginning. Our 2 story addition is absolutely beautiful and we owe it all to Smithwell Construction. For any future home renovations we will definitely being using Smithwell Construction and have recommended them to several friends and neighbors.

We've been working with Smithwell to build our home in Fleetwood, PA. We can't say enough nice things about them. They're professional, innovative, good listeners (very important!), personable, caring, great service & on & on & on...! As a design builder firm, they've been able to guide us, not only on design functionality, but on costs to help keep us on budget. We still are in the beginning stages of the actual building of our home, but what we've seen so far is wonderful. We've had the opportunity to see some of their near finished & finished work & it's top notch! We'd recommend Smithwell Construction, Inc. to anyone who wants high quality home building &/or renovations.
