We were new to California and SoCal was recommended for our repairs this is probably the first company who really understands and works with you they are patient and they confirm everything they do is right as they go the owner is exceptionally experienced and will do everything to accommodate you we need more companies like this

Excellent communication and craftmanship with all the remodeling projects. Our kitchen including removing a wall and adding an island and bathrooms incl tile and new showers and all new cabinetry.

Our world is simple, Just get me the proposal and give me a timeline to complete the job. Loren and his Team have never missed for us. Often times he is done earlier than planned. Joy to work with as the properties he works on for us are very valuable and I don't have to worry about them taking care of the home while onsite. It wasn't a terribly challenging project overall, but he handled it with great customer service, quick response time to phone calls and emails, coordinated the pick up of the tile and installation with our timeline, and ultimately, in the end, his company did a great installation and did it quickly. So much of feeling like you're in good hands depends on the contractor's ability to provide good customer service and I got that with Sol Cal Construction. We used SolCal for a project in our condo in Cathedral Canyon Country Club. The objective was to convert an atrium into an indoor game room. This involved adding to the roof, pouring a new concrete floor up to the level of the rest of the foundation, finishing the walls and ceiling plus some new wiring to outlets, etc. We are very pleased with the results and I would highly recommend Loren Bose for any project. He's very skilled and super easy to deal with because he provides prompt answers to questions and keeps you informed on his progress daily. His estimated cost for the job was exactly what he charged us and there were zero "unexpected" cost overruns. I have recommended SolCal to several of our acquaintances.

Have use Loren several times for projects (drywall, paint, misc repairs) at our home in Rancho Mirage. Loren is very reliabel, punctual and does great work.

November 2016 Sol Cal Construction Review, Interviewing possible contractors is somewhat a leap of faith. You pray the important issues, time frame, cost, workmanship, will work out as planned. In my remodel, all the above concerns were more than met. The project was finished on time, with all cost in line with estimates. The workmanship was a collaboration between contractor and sub-contractors. Once again, the sub-contractors met all expectations and impressed all with their workmanship. The Contractor (Sol Cal Construction, Owner Loren Bose) organized the entire project, worked with my wife on the design, and backed up the sub-contractors when needed. He personally tiled the dining room, kitchen, entry, hallways, guest bath/shower, and master bath/shower. Hug doors including a barn door, textured walls, and painted (Touch-up).
