Absolutely top-notch. When we were looking for someone to renovate our kitchen, have the contractors we called never showed up or even responded. Bobby was different than all the rest. Came when he said he would, delivered what he promised, and did everything for a fair price. He and his crew were friendly, thoughtful, pleasant to have around the house, and never left the job without making sure we were satisfied. We hired SPS to completely remodel two bathrooms in our 100-year-old home after getting competitive bids from three recommended contractors. The owner was great to deal with during the quote and was the lowest price. The work was so well done and we are so pleased with the finished bathrooms. The owner, his crew and his subs (to comply with city permitting rules) were always on time, professional and wore face masks the entire time in our home (since we are in a pandemic). Their attention to detail and skills are amazing!

Solid Property Solutions just finished remodel work in my kitchen and two bathrooms. I can't begin to say enough good things about Mr. Bobby Roberson and his company!! Not only did Bobby do a clean and complete job of everything he said/and I asked him to do, he even corrected mistakes made in cabinetry by the last contractor. He didn't have to do this, it wasn't part of what he was being paid for. The work ethic, integrity and honesty of this man is very hard to find these days and I very much appreciated it. He said he would be here at 8:30 every morning and he was here at 8:15. Each day he stayed until he was done with that days projects. He was here two days late....6:30 one day and 8 another. We didn't mind. Each job was being finished correctly. He worked a total of six days and completed sizeable work in two bathrooms and the kitchen. You can't go wrong with Solid Property Solutions as your contractor.

My bathroom is beautiful an exceeded my expectations. I would have given 5 stars but there was miscommunication with the glass company over the shower door which caused an unexpected delay.

Solid Property Solutions was hired to complete a kitchen remodel that was started by another contractor. I needed some painting, backsplash tile installed, the crown molding on the cabinets and an additional cabinet completed. They arrived promptly in the morning, worked all day and cleaned up every day. The job was finished when promised. I am very happy with the outcome and would use them again.
