My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I’ve known Don and Anthony for many years now, and first off, they are incredible people. When dealing with a contractor you want someone that will be your partner and treat you with honesty and fairness, and Spain Construction does just that. Second, it’s imperative to find a contactor that is knowledgeable. The DellaMea’s have been in the construction industry their entire lives, and it shows as soon as they walk in the door. Their ability to take complex building problems and find creative solutions is second to none, and it comes from years of experience. Finally, it’s imperative to find a contractor that does quality work and has an incredible attention to detail. This is where Spain really sets themselves apart, and when you walk into one of their finished projects you can tell it was a Spain Construction project. As a local area real estate agent I recommended them to all my clients, friends and family, and they always deliver.

As a Realtor, I get numerous requests from clients asking who I recommend for a home remodel or addition. Who I refer clients to is a direct reflection of me, which is why Spain is the only builder in my tool belt. The team at Spain is very honest and quick to respond to me and my clients, both of which are very important to me. They have over 50 years of experience, so there is very little they haven't seen before. They even have an in house designer to keep up with trends, to help my clients pick and choose what is up to date, instead of them having to google or guess what to do. I keep pictures on my phone of all the Spain renovations I have seen and been a part of, to show clients what can be done to a property as we tour. Highly recommended!

Master bath renovation. With only a vague idea of what I wanted, Spain Construction helped me make many design and decorating decisions. My master bath turned out beautifully! I would not change a thing. Spain Construction was professional and knowledgeable through the whole process.

I hired Spain construction to renovate our kitchen. Don was able to obtain the best price on the granite we used and our new appliances. He also went the extra step and actually built a bookcase that we backed up to our existing small island and covered with a beautiful piece of wood. I now have a place for all my cook books and a large island for entertaining. I was blown away by his thoughtfulness!!!!
