I feel lucky to have hired Dan Gray (Specialized Construction) -- he's great! He demo'd, re-framed, dry-walled, textured, and pop-corned a completely new entryway into my bedroom, creating a "master suite" out of two smaller bedrooms. He also tore out old doors and rehung new ones in the rest of the house. (And in the process he found and corrected some mistakes and less-than-quality work from a previous contractor.) I can't say enough good about Dan! (Be sure to read the grayed-out reviews on Yelp - everyone has high praise for him.) Dan is knowledgeable, highly skilled, conscientious, fast, and efficient. He responds quickly to texts and shows up exactly when promised -- and, best of all, he seems to take pleasure in his work and in helping me achieve my vision! Remodeling is stressful enough -- relax a bit with Dan's quality workmanship.

True Craftsman with intergrity and honest straight forward communication. I hired Dan recently, after firing other drywall contractors who right from the start where unprofessional , sloppy and messy. My prior experience was with a company who apparently dont care what kind of mess they leave in a clients home. Dust and mud all over the floors and carpets. I had been out running errands and came home to 8 hours of cleaning. Dan from the start supplied plastic protection , showed up daily and did amazing work. Cant say enough about my wonderful experience that has not been said in prior reviews. His pricing was competitive with other contractors and his communication was awesome , i would get photos and timelapse videos randomly thru out the day , and one day i was able to watch on Facebook live thru his business page. I would hire Dan again before even thinking of hiring another drywall and finishing company!!!!
