I urgently needed a bathroom renovation after discovering my bathtub/shower tile had leaked, causing rot in the walls. Adrian stepped in to tackle the job, completely transforming the space. He installed a U-Tile tub surround, replaced the shower fixtures and tub faucet, laid new floor tiles, and refreshed the room with paint and baseboards. He also assembled and installed a new vanity, lighting, and a medicine cabinet. Impressed by his good work and reasonable cost, we decided to have him update a second bathroom. We were looking for a painter to paint the interior of our home at the last minute and this business was highly recommended to us. Adrian managed to fit us in and the work he did was great! He was always pleasant, easy to work with and he arrived on time every day working hard and going above and beyond. He fixed a closet door and a pocket door for us as well. When Splendid finished the project Adrian walked around with us going over the work that was completed and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Adrian came into my apartment renovation to do some drywall work but ended up rescuing the project when my tile installer did a terrible job. He repaired my shower and then completed my general contracting including drywall, tile, framing and TV installation. He is a true professional who completes his work to 100% satisfaction. We worked with Adrian for painting both our old condo in early 2020, and the new one we just bought in Summer 2021. He delivered on his promises, and both projects were completed with excellent professional results. We've also engaged him for additional renovations in our new condo.

Having our very first renovation project, we were very glad that we chose Adrian as our Contractor for our house renovation. He was very patient to listen to all of our requests and find solutions to achieve within the budget. He is very fair in his pricing and a very humble person in general. He was kind enough to share his knowledge with us to help us with potential DIYs in the future. Our bathroom reno consisted adding a shower to our ensuite. This involved moving a wall, removing a closet; basically tearing out everything and re-doing everything. He added support for future glass door installation even though we did not do it this time. He is very professional in that he put a lot of emphasis on fixing the root cause of all the issues we faced. No shortcut was taken through the course of our renovation. The two bathrooms were very well done and he paid attention to every detail. He took full responsibility for our unforeseen circumstances too. Our laundry reno consisted of replacing our drop ceiling, adding a closet for our boiler/furnace, adding a sink, and relocating our laundry machines. He went above and beyond in doing some extra repairs and services to achieve what we envision for the place. The drywall work throughout the house involved removing the window valances and repainting popcorn ceiling. The texture matching was very well done; we cannot see the difference at all. Overall, we are very pleased with the results and we would definitely ask Adrian to help us again for future renovations.
