Alfredo and his team did a complete remodel of our Miami beach home in 2013/14. From start to finish they were utterly professional, helpful and we couldn't be happier with our choice of contractor. Alfredo was open and constructive about trying to complete our wishes and time frame, but realistic about any limitations also- as a result there were no hidden surprises and any unexpected costs were discussed beforehand. His recommendations for subcontractors and specialists were more than helpful, and it became evident that Alfredo is highly regarded amongst his peers. Al and his Split Level crew completely renovated my Coconut Grove home in a timely and cost conscious manner. I was always informed as to the progress since I had long absences during the project. The new design included concrete on all floors and countertops. All cabinets are custom made stainless steel. It was a very complicated and extensive renovation and I highly recommend Al and Split Level.
