Jack Spratt and his crew were outstanding in every way. We were having some issues with our log home and although I had a few other consultations with contractors, I couldn't find anyone who was willing to take on our picky, time-consuming job. I was referred to Jack Spratt, who took the time to LISTEN to me and propose a solution, which included consulting a structural engineer. I appreciated that Jack wanted to consult another expert and decided to hire him then. The work took several weeks and was not cheap, but, we now feel safe and secure in our home and that is more than worth the money spent! I made a friend when I met Jack Spratt, and would unhesitatingly recommend him and hire him again myself. Jack was very hands-on with overseeing the project, and his crew was excellent, hardworking, polite and reliable. The work actually came in under budget thanks to their hard work. They were neat and cleaned up, and I felt safe with all of them here. Great job, Spratt Construction!!

Spratt Construction restored my 1890s house after an earlier botched job. All of the employees and sub- contractors, were very good at their jobs, and everyone was easy to work with. They worked tirelessly and creatively to solve problems and all seemed personally interested in the outcome, especially Jack Spratt. I trust them and have confidence in their work. They have continued to follow up on problems, inevitable with an old house, even ones unrelated to their work. I felt that I got my money's worth and would recommend them without reservation.

WE had a very extensive refurbish / renovation job to accomplish. We looked into a couple of different construction companies and decided to use Spratt Construction. We could not have made a better choice. Communication and finances were well kept and easy to understand. The workmen were on time and clean.. we appreciated all that was done to meet some unusual requests along the way. We would recommend Spratt construction to anyone and will use them again.

Spratt Construction has been our go-to company for many years, including a difficult under-the-existing-house master suite constructed very successfully 6 years ago. This time, however; was an unplanned mold problem in our crawl space due to some destructive raccoons! There was so much moisture and mold structural work was required, the HVAC was demo'ed and replaced and the insulation replaced. All within a few days! The work was performed quickly, accurately and with minimal disruption to our lives. Mr. Spratt was extremely knowledgeable as to the "fixes" required to alleviate the problems. We have hired Spratt Construction in the past and will in the future.

Spratt has performed several renovations for us (we have remodeled parts of our house as we were able to afford). Jobs included building new bathrooms, moving walls, installing walls indoor and outdoor, installation of flooring, roofing, and painting. The quality is superior. The staff (workers) were great - competent, friendly, arrived on time and on the scheduled days. Jobs were completed on time and on budget. I have recommended Spratt to several friends. Spratt also cleaned, repaired, and remodeled a condominium we purchased in the Woodlands.
