I hired Jon to remodel my townhome—kitchen, bathroom, new flooring throughout, painting and light fixtures. He did a fantastic job on my home, and he was presented with a lot of challenges because it is a small space. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and work ethic are impeccable. Jon did a great job offering timely communication and answering my endless questions with the utmost of patience and professionalism. He was very respectful of my home and took the time to be cautious to make sure my cat didn’t escape outside. I trusted him with a key and felt completely at ease. He was great with problem-solving and offering solutions whenever conflicts arose. For example, I had originally picked IKEA cabinets for my kitchen, and he recommended a higher quality vendor that stayed within my budget. Jon did a wonderful job of cleaning up every day, taking the time to vacuum and Swiffer my floors. His estimate was very accurate, and he was extremely mindful and respectful of my budget. He presented me with a calendar schedule and stuck to his timelines. I’m so happy with the beautiful home he created for me. I cannot recommend Jon/Stabil Construction enough. He is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Services provided: full kitchen remodel, including replacing a load bearing wall with a support beam, floor, built in storage units, cabinets, etc. Jon and his team were awesome. All work was high quality and professional. The work site was clean and organized and all necessary deadlines were met. Jon went above and beyond to problem solve and help advise us on the portion of the project that we led. Jon's communication was excellent always letting us know what his plans were for the day or week.
