Brice's father was a custom home builder and insisted that Brice learn the business by starting at the bottom as a general laborer. Brice learned from his farther the value of hard work, the customer is always right, and to treat the customer like you want to be treated. Brice went on to work on framing crews eventually running framing crews before starting Stater Construction LLC. Stater Homes and The Pergola Shop are divisions of Stater Construction LLC. Stater Homes has gained a reputation for "Not Your Neighbors Home".
