I hired Gary Novello's team to remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms in my house back in June of 2015. While the quality of the work was good and Gary's team stayed on budget, the timelines for the renovation were protracted (almost taking 3 years, believe it or not.) In addition, I had to find another contractor to finish the job with the second bathroom so that I could stop living in a construction zone after over two years since Gary's team had dragged out the project for so long . Most unfortunate of situations. He seems to take advantage of his client's patience and not respect finishing work he contractually agreed.
