Stedman Construction

Basic job was the replacement of two sub standard stairways, with a single turning stairway that would meet or exceed all code requirements. This was completed in an old barn, which had been converted to a residence in the 1985. Space was very tight. The job required strengthening the upper floor joists, and eventual replacement of the front house sill. Work was completed in about 3 weeks during some very cold winter weather. Matt Stedman runs an incredible crew, and we are extremely pleased with the finished job.
