Great team to work with. Very professional, and a nice change from the previous team that handling our planning and design. Much more so than the other people we talked to, Stephen seemed to care about getting the exact design more than guiding me toward something that was easier for his team to build. I would warn people considering Stephen C. Doyle Construction Inc that this kind of attention came with a bigger premium than we were told to expect from other estimates. The quality looks worth it, though.

Estimate surprised me and the whole home was more expensive than I expected. I can’t speak to the price since this is the first home that I’ve ever had custom-built, but I can say that working with Stephen Doyle was a pleasure. You wouldn’t have been able to tell that this was our first home because it was so well-organized from the beginning that there wasn’t room for any problems, stress or delays. He just asked question and put the answers to work. The home was completed about 3 months ago now. I still haven’t found anything that makes me think they gave our home anything but the best.

We hired Stephen to put an addition on the back of our home in Rehoboth Beach so that it could be ready for us to use in the summer. We needed to add a guest bedroom, turn the half bathroom into a full bathroom, and extend our kitchen. The project turned out wonderfully and ahead of schedule. Stephen and his team were always very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We also appreciated the transparency and communication which made us feel very comfortable.
