When we hired Steve Simon Construction to build outdoor kitchen and privacy wall with a bench for us they told us that construction process is supposed to be enjoyable experience for the clients. Thanks to Mr Steve Simon it was just that. Steve, with his knowledge and experience made sure that every step of our project was completed on time and to our satisfaction. From the beginning to the very end Steve kept us informed about the schedule,and was available 24/7 to answer all our questions and concerns. We had other projects done in the past but we've never had anyone so professional, knowledgeable, hard working, thrust worthy and friendly like Steve Simon Construction. Steve guided us when we were not sure what or how we wanted things done and his attention to details made final product so much better. Steve is a man who takes pride in his work and a man of integrity. We will hire Steve Simon Construction again for all our future projects. They are THE BEST!

Steve Simon Construction just completed a full home renovation on our “fixer upper”. I had big hopes and dreams for the Home but knew that it would be a huge challenge to accomplish. Mr. Simon finished the remodel in a little over 3 months, which was shocking, considering the house was almost completely gutted. and I would trust Mr. Simon and his crew with any project. They are trustworthy, dependable and very fair. We could not be happier with our beautiful home. Thank you so much!

Steve Simon Construction made this project the success that it is and did it professionally and enjoyably. This was a large project, basically the remodeling of a cottage that involved taking the structure down to the floor joists, strengthening the foundation and rebuilding the entire structure. Simon Construction kept in constant communication with us, making sure they understood our desires and were meeting our expectations every step of the way. Bids and costs were clear and well developed – no surprises, or hidden issues. Even with architectural drawings, they made sure we were getting our vision and knew exactly what questions we should be asking. . .even if we didn’t. They were happy to provide various options for any situation and even work with us if we wanted to do some of the work ourselves. We never had to wonder where we were with the project, or what the next steps were. Simon Construction was always available and responsive to any questions or concerns. We never had any question about whether we were getting our money’s worth. I cannot imagine doing another project without them being involved.

I'm not sure why anyone would choose another builder in Shreveport, LA, over Steve Simon and sons. Steve has built two homes for our family and while I don't anticipate ever building a third time, if we did, we would definitely call Steve. Steve Simon is not only a knowledgable builder with decades of experience that he has passed on to his sons, he is also a man of integrity. Whatever he says he will do, he does. Steve Simon Construction offers superior quality custom home building with a personal touch. Steve personally oversaw the construction of our two homes and his sons are currently overseeing the construction of my mother-in-law's home. They care greatly about customer satisfaction and make themselves available to the home builder to personally answer any questions and to address any concerns in a timely and respectful manner. Throughout the construction of our home, I had the opportunity to talk with the many sub-contractors. I was especially impressed that every one of them expressed the utmost respect for Steve and said that he is well known in the business for his honesty, integrity, and quality construction. I've had the opportunity to work with Steve, Brad and Clay at Simon Construction for a number of years, and over a broad variety of projects. Clay Simon built a tremendous home that we purchased before it was finished because we new it would be in demand. He built an up to date house with the newest color combinations and floorplans. He seemed to know what everyone wants in a home today. My wife said the home was perfect for us and she is never satisfied.
