Wayne and his team did such a nice job on our porch project! He was very thoughtful and thorough in the planning process and adapted quickly to challenges in the build to make sure our vision of the project was met. We appreciated his communication style and the quality of the work. He was very clear on price and met his bid despite unexpected building issues and other delays. We are super happy with the project and would highly recommend Wayne and his team.

Basement Finishing

We recently hired Wayne of StG Services to complete our large unfinished basement into a living space. Wayne was extremely prompt, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process from our initial phone call through the last day of clean-up. We provided him with an ideal budget, and he stayed right on track. He also completed the project within the time frame he targeted. There were a few design elements we wanted to tweak throughout the construction process, and he was able to pivot without any issues or setbacks. He accommodated some of our own scheduling conflicts with ease. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. The work is stunning, high quality, and we love spending time in our new space! We will not hesitate to contact Wayne in the future for additional home projects.

My husband and I hired Wayne to renovate our kitchen and master bath and we are so glad we did. Wayne and his team gave us everything we wanted within our budget. We couldn't be happier! Our rooms are absolutely beautiful and we love them. During the interview/hiring process, one of things we liked is Wayne brought in his subcontractors to look at our projects before submitting his estimate. To us, that was important because we knew we'd be able to accomplish what we really wanted within our budget. Wayne is extremely organized, very responsive and importantly, trustworthy. He cares about his work and the happiness of his clients. If anything popped up along the way, Wayne was always on top of it and did what was necessary to make things right. We ended up asking Wayne for an estimate to demo the top of our deck (floor, railings and stairs) and replace it with Trex and add lattice. His estimate was reasonable and within our budget so, we also hired him to do that. Another project done by Wayne that we are extremely happy with. We highly recommend Wayne for any of your home projects.

We feel fortunate we selected Wayne St Germain for our large screen porch project. We are extremely happy with the results. What first attracted us are Wayne’s impressive credentials. Besides his design skills, he has an impressive background in structural engineering. We have a complicated roof line and Wayne tackled it beautifully integrating the porch to the rest of the house making it look natural instead of an add on. His professionalism throughout the job was outstanding. He kept us informed through every step giving us total confidence. He is meticulous with every measurement, knows and follows every building code. He arrived promptly every morning and is a tireless worker and expert craftsman. He strives for perfection and is cheerful while doing it. He always treated our property with respect. He is easy to talk to and explains things in layman’s terms. The project took about six weeks. Everything went smoothly with no surprises. Now we have a beautiful screen porch. We highly recommend Wayne. You won’t regret it.

We are very happy with the work completed by Wayne and his team. The job was completed on time, and on budget. His team moved an outdated bathroom, not connected to our bedroom. By making that change, we not only have a main bathroom connected to our bedroom, we also have a room we're using as a library currently. If we sell, that room is now a legitimate 4th bedroom. Upon meeting Wayne, going over an ever growing wish list, being reassured it will be done correctly and to code, we had no doubt that we chose the right team. StG was fantastic. They renovated our entire kitchen. From measurement, through subcontractor selection, to the final punch list, they were great. We would recommend them to anyone. Their price was very good, but more importantly, their timeliness, communication, and craftsmanship was excellent. They showed up when promised, were so considerate about the logistics, and were friendly and informative. We hired them for more work before the kitchen project was even done, because we trust them. Hard to believe I am writing this, but we actually enjoyed our kitchen remodel (and bonus flooring job) because of them.

Wayne and his wonderful team removed a load bearing wall in our house and installed a flush mount beam. We met with several contractors and although Wayne's price wasn't the lowest he was the most thorough during the initial visit and we felt very comfortable that he would do a great job. The whole experience was phenomenal, he was so great to work with and let us know what was going on each day. The end result was better than we expected, we have an unusual ceiling but they matched it up quite well and they really went above and beyond to do a great job. We look forward to hiring Wayne again for some bigger projects in the future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend StG Services to any of our friends & family looking for a great contractor.
