I would highly recommend Stillo construction to anyone looking to have improvements done to their home Alex has completed a number of projects at my home-he is straightforward about what can & cannot be done and the cost which I respect I have found Alex and his team to be knowledgeable,professional ,extremely organized and to do business with the utmost integrity It is a pleasure to have people work in your house that you can trust !

Twenty plus years ago we purchased an older home that required many changes for our young family. We first contracted Stillo Construction to renovate our back hall area which required modernizing to accommodate the laundry requirements and a much needed and larger mud room. Since then Stillo Construction has renovated 3 bathrooms, redesigned a brand new basement and bar, removed 2 walls to enlarge a space on our main living area and master bedroom. Most recently they completed a remodel of our backyard which included a new cabana and enlarged deck. Each and everyone of these projects were finished on-time and to our complete satisfaction. Dealing with the team at Stillo Construction has made renovations worry free. They have a trust worthy and skilled team who care about their work and their clients needs. Stillo Construction did a second floor bathroom and powder room renovation during March of 2022. Given the age of the house everything had to be custom. We were very impressed with the workmanship and the quality of materials that Alex helped us pick out. This was all accomplished within our budget. We would not hesitate to use Alex again for further renovation needs.

Alex and his team of professionals did an excellent job on our main bathroom. They were on time, courteous and showed up when they said they would be on site. When small problems arrived due to the work of other professionals (e.g. vanity top), they were addressed, fixed and made new. Alex at Stillo Construction helped us complete our main floor renovation which included expanding our kitchen footprint and removing walls into our living room and den to create an open concept main floor. The work was completed on time, on budget, and to our exact specifications. The team was always on time and left our home clean after every day of work. The end result exceeded our expectations. Alex has excellent contacts in specialty areas such as custom cabinetry and architecture. He was kind enough to recommend them but left the choice of those specialties to us. His advice with regards to renovation decisions is based on vast experience and was always helpful. Alex just completed a renovation of our main floor, including the kitchen, and the basement of our home. He said it would take 8 weeks and he completed it in 7. He told us what the cost would be and that’s what we paid. He was there every single day working alongside the people he brought to help him. Both he and the tradesmen he had working with him were professional, respectful of our home and were always on time. The workmanship is extremely high quality. Alex and his team never cut corners and always went the extra mile to ensure all the small details were perfect! We had walls removed, water tank replaced with tankless, ducts rerouted, a new electrical panel and major electrical work, tiled and wood floors installed as well as staircases refinished with new spindles and railings. Both my wife and I were amazed at how fabulous our experience was with Alex and his team. I would 1000% advise anyone to hire Alex for home renovations big or small.

Alex not only delivered on the expedited timeline for our reno, but his attention to detail was tremendous. He also has connections with high quality sub trades who were knowledgeable and courteous. His friendly manner and professional approach to all aspects of the project were amazing. The job site was left tidy and any issues resolved in a timely manner.
