I can't say enough good things about Aaron & his team of guys. They worked so hard for us and with us to remodel our home & turn it into our dream home. From planning, to demo, carpentry, painting, etc everything was superb. Aaron was always just a phone call away to answer questions, concerns or to give his opinion. All of the craftsmen were such hard working & respectable guys. They were able to take my vision for the house & make it better than I could have ever imagined. Stillwater built our new home based on original design work received from our architect. We love them home, and Aaron is a great guy to work with.

We worked with Aaron to help renovate some of our 100+ year old farmhouse our in the country. We couldn't be more pleased with the craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. In a word....Perfection. After reviewing and getting to know several builders we finally decided on hiring Stillwater Builders to build our dream home. There were many factors that went into our decision but in the end it was the personality and professionalism of Aaron Walton that swayed our decision. In addition to completely understanding what we were looking for, he had a ton of ideas on how to make the project go smoothly. Our home build was over a million dollars, so we had to be careful who to trust in building our home. We had to make sure that they could handle the custom details we had added into the project and make sure that if we needed to make changes, that we could do it without a major hassle. Not only had they built several homes as nice as ours, but in fact had built several homes that were bigger and more complex, which gave us additional confidence. Stillwater actually built my doctor's home and to say it is fantastic is an understatement. When hiring a builder, it all comes down to communication, communication, communication. If you can't communicate with your builder, there are going to be issues. With Aaron, that will not be an issue. Aaron spoke with either myself or my wife every single day. Even if nothing was scheduled for that day, we still spoke, which went a LONG way into ensuring that there were no surprises. In the end, not only was Aaron our builder, but a trusted friend as well. I think the main question that should be answered in any of these testimonials is "If I could go back to the beginning of the process, would I hire this builder again." Would you actually hire the builder again? The answer for us, is an emphatic and unequivocal, yes. In the end, Aaron and Stillwater didn't just build us a house, but built our dream home. If we ever had to build a home again, we would not even interview another builder. We would simply call Aaron, and get started. No questions asked.

Aaron/Stillwater built our home in 2010. We could not have been anymore pleased with the process or the result. Aaron is extremely detail oriented and follows through on everything he says he is going to do. We have friends who built a house at the same time we did with a well-known builder, but they had story after story of the builder making decisions without their input and the result was either a delay until the item could be reconstructed to their specification or they simply accepted a feature they were not happy with in order to keep the process moving. We did not experience that with Aaron. We only have good things to say about him and his team. We highly recommend Stillwater.

We used Stillwater to build our home, it was approx. 7200 square feet, everything was very high end and very detailed!
