They were punctual and knowledgeable. About a month after our roof was replaced, there was a wind storm which blew one shingle off the very top of the roof. I called Ivo and the company came out the same day to replace the missing shingle. Got their name from a recommendation from a coworker. They do nice work, and the job was completed quickly!

We couldn't be happier with the service received from Stofan Construction. We needed a new roof on our home, and I could tell after meeting the owner Ivo that I had called the right place. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options and answer any questions we had. He has a long history of providing quality work, and its obvious he is out to do the job right the first time. When his crew arrived to do the job their first priority was protecting our property, and I appreciated the care they took to clean up after the job was completed. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Ivo's crew did a wonderful job and our roof came out great. His price was very reasonable and for the quality received, you can't beat it. I will not hesitate to use Stofan Construction in the future and will recommend them to my family and friends.

The team from Stofan Construction replaced the ridge vent on our home and repaired a number of worn spots on our roof. I had initially reached out to inquire about getting an attic fan installed. Ivo explained to me that our existing ridge vent should already be providing what we needed and after an inspection noted that our current vent had been installed incorrectly. He could have simply provided the quote for the fan and went forward, but instead explained that there was a less expensive (and better) alternative. This ended up saving us quite a bit of money. The team was prompt and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the job in a minimal amount of time.

When I experienced a water leak in my dining room, a friend who regularly hires Stofan Construction LLC for roofing and siding on his several properties, highly recommended them. I called and Ivo Stofan returned my phone call the next day and came to the house the following day. He inspected the roof, removed an area of shingles and took photographs of the area of the damage, which involved both failure of the roof and some improperly installed siding. Ivo presented three separate cost estimates: one for "patching" the area of the leak, another for replacing the entire roof, and a third for siding replacement. I opted for total replacement of roofing and replacement of about 2/3 of siding where, through improper installation, it had begun to rot at the edges. Throughout the re-construction at my home, I experienced skilled workmanship, neatness, and respectfulness by Stofan employees and close supervision and inspection by Ivo Stofan. Now that the work is finished, I am totally satisfied with the work done and would welcome the opportunity to provide personal references for Stofan Construction LLC.
