(1) Sam and his crew demolished my existing kitchen down to the bare studs; removed a DR wall to open up the space, and then rebuilt it all according to the new premium kitchen design plan . It is his fine attention to meeting the plan timelines. He had to remodel my MBR ensuite ( see be.ow) first. His rare personal yet professional personal touch sets him apart from the contenders and the pretenders. (2) Sam completed a fabulous total transformation of my MBR ensuite bath. It is now a full premium high-end spa ensuite complete with high-end fixtures and features , that was expanded from 50 sq ft to 120 sq ft, Sam completed this by taking over the former MBR ensuite adjoining walk-in closet floorspace. The new walk-in closet replacement was done by taking over a previously little used adjoining 5th BR. Highly recommended without reservation and a big thumbs up.

We got our dream home! STS and Sam rebuilt our home into the most spectacular Bungalow in Oakville. Absolutely stunning. The speed in which is was build was also amazing. I’d put my $$ in STS again if needed. Great company great set of guys.

STS Homes is very easy to deal with. The scope of work was to replace steel bath tub with a stand up shower and glass doors. Cost estimate was very reasonable and accurate. Work began and was completed on schedule. Sam is very clear and responsive to all inquiries. I highly recommend STS Homes.

10/10 Bathroom Renovation / Extension First we would like to thank STS Homes Ltd for the excellent work and finally having a wonderful experience with a general contractor. Sam was recommended to us from a friend that has used Sam and his crews on previous projects. When we contacted Sam, we literally got an immediate response and Sam came over to give us a quote the following day . After getting 3 quotes, we felt the most comfortable with Sam as he is very easy to talk to and offered suggestions that only enhanced the project and made our lives a lot easier. We Needed to extend our master ensuite to include a shower and build a walk-in closet, as the new shower was being built where the existing closet was located. The project was done perfectly without issues or delays in the time frame estimated by Sam from STS Homes Ltd. Sam is a very well organized and extremely professional. His planning and scheduling of the project exceeded above and behond. He is on top of all his sub trades ( plumbing, electrical, tiling,millworker etc) and the best part was that everyone of them showed on time and when they were supposed to. All of his guys were efficient and very professional. Believe it or not, we did not have to call Sam one time to check on when a tradesman was supposed to come over. Each day before leaving, Sam would give us a schedule of what was going to be happening the following day. We had a deadline that we needed the project finished by, and Sam met that deadline . Anytime we came up with another idea or how we wanted some to look, Sam was always available and very easy to talk to so all details can be worked out. We are thrilled with the final results and would not hesitate for a minute to recommend Sam at STS Homes to take on any job , big or small.
