The company was founded in 1996 by Dave Richards, a graduate of Ricks College and Idaho State University. He has built many elect homes in the Heber Valley and Park City area, leaving his customers highly satisfied. His passion for building originated in his youth while building homes and cabins with his father and brothers. This passion has only flourished since and has empowered him to revolutionize the way general contractors build homes.
