The Suplotel team was a pleasure to work with on our basement renovation! They provided a detailed floor plan, appropriate guidance as needed to select finishes & fixtures, an accurate timeline/cost estimate (which they quickly revised & resent with any changes as the project progressed). They also rolled with any unexpected delays, like a surprise need to waterproof/French-drain an additional area of our basement right before project kickoff, and still delivered within a totally acceptable overall timeframe, even working within COVID-related supply chain delays. Our entire family has been enjoying the additional usable space in our home, especially since we're all home a *lot* more these days! Suplotel is an outstanding company. We fully recommend them without reservation. We just completed a major remodel of a master bedroom/full bath, plus other electrical, plumbing, tiling, carpentry work. From the principle partners, Carlos, Jennifer and Mario, to the daily team (shout out to Genaro and Romeo) and all their specialists, this company listened to our needs, followed through on every aspect of the project, were great collaborators and genuinely a delight to work with. Their work is of the highest quality; they are hard workers, reliable, and tidy in work spaces. We were always kept updated on what to expect; we were regularly consulted about details and options; and alerted in advance if there were schedule changes. Their pricing was fair, and they kept our budget concerns in consideration throughout design and implementation. We are already engaging them for other projects. This was a pleasant and engaging process from start to finish, and we love our beautiful new spaces.

Suplotel Remodeling is no doubt a great contractor to work with. The entire staff and workmen were professional, thorough, and knowledgeable providing a great deal of helpful design and suggestions. Throughout the project they were thoroughly communicative about the whole renovation process keeping everything clear up front reflecting our wants as well as budget considerations. The kitchen remodel and a hardwood floor turned out beautiful and we are so happy with their work and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to do any big or small projects for their homes.

This was our third time working with Suplotel Remodeling. They had previously remodeled one of our bathrooms, our kitchen, and now it was on to our outdated 1960's style rec room. As with the previous two renovations, they did an excellent job and took care of our every wish. They removed the old paneling, installed new insulation, drywall, and molding. Painted the brick fireplace a nice bright white while also sanding and staining our outdated mantel. They also added new recessed lighting, a new wet bar with shaker cabinets and quartz counter, and new carpet. We couldn't be happier with the way it came out and would recommend this team for any job. Suplotel is customer focused, easy to work with, and knows what they are doing. Double thumbs up!
