I can't give Tandem enough stars so I have given the maximum of 5. Excellent job! Highest recommendation. To continue, I cannot write enough about the Tandem Team. We hired Tandem to take of a large renovation of our tired and dates South False Creek townhouse. The process was seamless and with no surprises. It was also highly collaborative and transparent. Tandem offers a team of highly skilled, creative and personable members. They are trustworthy and respectful of personal space. Communication is open and walkthroughs are many. Budgeting and accounting are transparent. If you hire Tandem, you won't have to worry about anything. They can handle your work...big or small.

My wife and I had the pleasure to retain the Tandem Construction team for an extensive renovation of our home. The project included the kitchen, family room, three bathrooms, and main level flooring. Taigan Allerton, as project manager, and his team of skilled detail-oriented carpenters and apprentices ensured that the final product was of high quality and met the design goals. The team worked efficiently and always kept the work space clean and organized; an important consideration for a homeowner when continuing to live on-site during the reno process. The team will work through any unforeseen issues, in a calm deliberate manner, to come up with innovative solutions and move the project forward. We felt very comfortable with Taigan and his crew working in our home for an extended period of time.
