I have had the good fortune of working with Julian Caselli of Tech Construction on several projects at a large historic building located in downtown Des Moines, IA. Julian is knowledgeable, professional, a problem solver that works with his clients honestly and with quality communication. He is an excellent estimator and brings projects in on time and budget. I assisted with the permanent financing of a 5 unit Multi Family Complex in Des Moines. The project was a complete rehabilitation of a neglected building located in the Historic Sherman Hills Neighborhood. At the point I became involved, the construction phase was on its final stages. However, I got the impression that the Techconstruction team took a lot of pride in their work and reputation. At the end of the project, I felt the final product was of high quality.
