Over the last nine months Andrew Goetz, his wife. Dianne and their firm almost completely remodeled our 1650 square-foot duplex in Palm Harbor. I first was impressed by Andrew when he participated in a request for proposals to redo our deck. He was the only one that actually went underneath the deck and informed me that the substructure needed to be replaced and simply re-doing the decking would lead to an unsatisfactory results. Since then the Phoenix Solution has completely remodeled two bathrooms, our kitchen, installed over 1000 ft.² of tile, installed a deck in our atrium, new doors throughout the house and GC'ed the installation of our sky lights. All of this was delivered on time, on budget with complete transparency and honesty. Diane has a fabulous sense of design and the crew are all extremely skilled, polite and clean up after themselves. We would whole heartedly recommend them to any one looking for quality work.

The Phoenix Solution team spearheaded by Andrew Goetz have done incredible work for our non for profit Parrot Sanctuary in Hudson. He and his team do incredible work, have a tremendous work ethic and all jobs are completed in the time frame promised. From the inception of an idea to the professional rendering of computer generated drawings through to fair estimates and then the final product, we are so thankful for this company and look foward to doing many more projects with them.

The Phoenix Solution did an excellent renovation job on our home in New Port Richey. Almost everything required custom work, and The Phoenix Solution had great suggestions. All the work turned out beautiful and functional. Their team is professional, arrives when they say they will, are always on time, communicates well with the homeowner, are timely with project completion, and a very good value. My husband and I have done several renovations and not only is this the best team with which we've worked, The Phoenix Solution will be our choice for any renovation or construction we might need in the future in the Pasco County, FL area.
