My family and friends are enjoying our new screened porch, composite decking, and stone fireplace built by This Time Around. In early 2024 I called several contractors to discuss ideas for enlarging our second story screened porch. Our initial thoughts were that this scope of project might not require the scale of a home builder/remodeling company but after meeting with Andrew and Marc we realized that they were the right match for us. Their experience, reputation, and skilled subcontractors delivered a high-end finish to every aspect of the project (framing/roofing/masonry/electrical/carpentry/painting). The porch looks like it was original to the house, not something that was added on too!

My wife and I engaged the team at This Time Around, LLC to perform a large scale renovation of our 22 year old home. The renovation/remodel included completely remodeling our home's kitchen, master bath, and guest bath. Other renovations included replacing floor coverings, painting, and installing a new exterior deck and stamped patio. Marc Lowdermilk and his son Andrew presented us with various options and price points throughout the process and addressed all concerns. The end results were outstanding. Mark and Andrew did an outstanding job on our new home! They took the time to listen to our vision, helped provide sites for us to review designs and completed our requested modifications. They provided excellent references when selecting out the interiors from flooring, to cabinetry, tile, countertops, stonework, railing, and a beautiful gas fireplace. They took care to listen and respond to every question we had throughout the build and kept us posted on the progression while providing pictures, emails and phone calls as a constant means of communication. Their excellent attention to detail is noted and we have highly recommended them to close friends who have recently purchased property in our neighborhood.

Our building had large cracks in it and several other smaller issues. I called This Time Around and was able to get a quote quickly. Then we scheduled a time for them to come out and do the work. They were here to do the project when they said they would. The guys were all very polite and did a great job making the repairs around our building. They worked quickly and were done much faster than I expected. When completed, you couldn't tell we had a crack and the other smaller projects looked great! We were very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone who has construction needs.

I knew nothing about this company before hiring, only looked at online reviews...so it was my mistake that I did not ask around. I hired them to renovate the kitchen and bath on one of my rental properties. I was working with a designer that I used on several previous projects. I had so many issues with Marc and Andrew that my designer recommended that I end working with them ASAP. I ended up using another contractor to complete the final steps of that project and additional projects since then. Again, it was my fault for only looking at online reviews for This Time Around, LLC as I was anxious to get the project started and they were available. Hard lesson learned but it will not happen again!

I had to have both bathrooms tubs and showers replaced. Major water damage around both of those and in the laundry room. They repaired all my water damage, installed new showers and installed Luxury Vinyl in these rooms and in the kitchen! Love the work they did.

Over the past 10 years or so, Marc built my sister’s townhome, remodeled two baths at my sister’s house, added a room to my parents home, and this year remodeling my kitchen and a bath. Always performs high-quality workmanship! Marc and Andrew are great to work with. Highly recommend!

Overcharged for materials and labor. Difficult to work with. Intense pressure from the owners (father Marc and son Andrew) for the final payment when the job was only 2/3 complete. I do not recommend this contractor.

Work was completely as efficiently as the weather would permit. There was a lot of rain and cold weather and this was an outside project.

This Time Around, LLC replaced the Portico ceiling and lighting at First Baptist Church in Morganton, NC. Both Mark and Andrew were very helpful, polite, and easy to get along with. They started the work and completed the project in a timely fashion. Their work was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Removal of plaster ceiling that had fallen as well as installation of new sheetrock ceiling with new light fixtures. They were careful to protect existing construction and repaired a part of the ceiling found to be rotten. All was completed in a timely manor.
