I have been using THT for over 10 years for various remodel and upgrade projects around my house. THT has reconfigured my HVAC system, modified and upgraded my roof, remodeled a guest bathroom, performed extensive exterior hardscape replacements and upgraded exterior patio ceilings. Each project was performed professionally with Todd or Christopher handling all onsite management of the construction team and subcontractors. Always top quality work with attention to the smallest details. THT can be trusted to get your construction job completed on time with quality.

They are prompt,efficient, trustworthy,etc. They can do any project no matter the size and scope. They are the best and I highly recommend.

Working with an an excellent architect. THT built a new kitchen and half bath for me in constrained spaces in 2011-12, and also helped me replace hardwood floors and update three other bathrooms. The design/build process created highly functional and beautiful rooms in constrained space. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. They also did an exterior renovation of the oceanfront of our condo in 2018-19. They have excellent relationships with their subcontractors who were timely and did work that has stood the.test of time. Client relations were not only excellent during the initial construction, but have continued as other smaller projects have presented themselves in subsequent years. Todd and his team are great! He is hands on with every phase of any project. We have done several projects, but he also is our go to for any house related issues that come up. We have done several projects with THT including a full bathroom remodel, replacement of all windows and putting in double french doors, electrical, plumbing, etc
