Tim went above and beyond. We had a 75’ deck built with future plans to expand our house walls around it in the future. He got proper permitting and built the deck via code to withstand the future house expansion in the future! Whew! What a project. The deck is beautiful and our future 5 year plan details were all handled & engineer approved. All by Tim. Can’t thank him for his expertise enough.
