Our project was an addition with a new bathroom and new kitchen. We had a few vendors to choose from but we felt confident in TimberRidge from the beginning and they certainly did not let us down. We are happy with the end result of our project. Their employees were great to work with !!

So we were about to renovate our house and i told my sister my good friend anthony carbone would be renovating our house. My sister replied.. “well consider that friendship over..” That gave me pause for a moment. On top of it my wife is a special kind of particular when it comes to.. well everything!! At the end of the day my wife was SO pleased with the job that timberridge did on our renovation from top to bottom. I would highly recommend timberridge.. even when your marriage depends on it! PS. Kenneth abrams is also a great architect with great vision who works in tandem with timberridge if you choose.

We consider ourselves lucky to have been able to partner up with TimberRidge Construction in the aftermath of our tragic house fire back in April of 2022. Our project turned out to be a massive rebuild, literally starting from the ground-up, with a big addition and several set-backs along the way, including FEMA & Cranford Township flood zone requirement updates, natural disaster in the middle of it all, etc. Through the craziness of it all, one factor was a constant - we could always count on Anthony and his team to guide us through the process and ultimately set us up for success. The rebuild of our home proved to be a challenge on many different levels - from being located in an AE Flood Zone, to trying to recreate a historic home along the Rahway River here in Cranford. At the end of it all - we couldn't be happier with the outcome - TimberRidge was able to deliver our dream home, and the craftsmanship, professionalism and most of all - the care and pure humanity, throughout the process, is what we would always cherish and appreciate. We used TimberRidge Construction for our basement last year and could not be happier. Everyone from TimberRidge who came into our house was extremely professional, respectful, courteous and punctual. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! Anthony, Lisa, John (our Project Manager), Dan, JP, Sebastian, Andrew, Bob (AV) and everyone else were great. The team was reliable, and we felt safe with the team (especially with young kids in the house). In working together, we discovered that people who came into our home from TimberRidge had been with the company for years. In addition to the overall craftsmanship and attention to detail, they were extremely accommodating to our requests. We never had to worry about our project not being done the right way. We typically never write reviews.. in fact, this might be our first review and it’s because we feel so strongly for this team. We are extremely happy with our basement and absolutely give two thumbs up to the TimberRidge team. Despite some supply chain delays, the job was completed beautifully and on-time. TimberRidge construction was an absolute pleasure to work with. There staff is as polite and caring as they come. The were accommodating during construction and continue to be accommodating post construction. We are thrilled with our home and would strongly recommend Anthony, John, and the rest of TimberRidge to anyone.

We used TimberRidge Construction for the flood-related renovation of our first floor and basement and cannot rave about them or recommend them enough. We are so happy with how it all turned out after an extremely challenging year for our family. Their work is exquisite, and they're incredibly nice, accommodating, organized and helpful. Anthony, Lisa, John, Kimberly, Sabastian, Andrew, Nery, Dan and all the TimberRidge staffers and subcontractors are terrific. It's clear that they care very much about their work and their clients. They made a point of prioritizing us once we signed with them because they knew our house had been gutted for several months after the flood. They agreed to talk to our flood insurance agent if necessary and helped us with the paperwork we had to submit to the agency when we needed to ask for more money (a number of times) to cover the rebuild. They were very patient and understanding about the difficulties involved in a flood-related rebuild and have extensive experience handling those kinds of jobs. TimberRidge completed the renovation in five months (within the timeframe they had promised) and stayed very close to budget, which they worked with us on ahead of time because they knew we were dealing with flood insurance payment delays. They also made it easy for us to stay in the house during the construction (with two kids, two cats and two adults working remotely) since we had already been displaced for the first few months afterwards. Whenever we had a question or something came up, they were responsive, worked with us on a solution, and handled it right away. They're very organized, and unlike some other contractors, they worked consistently on our house for the duration of the job. The process unfolded when and how they told us it would - we didn't have to deal with any significant delays, surprises or gaps in the work at all. The end result is absolutely beautiful -- they and all their subcontractors did a spectacular job. They gave us our home back (and then some), and we are eternally grateful. I would highly recommend TimberRidge for anyone in need of a general contractor.
