TL Remodeling

TL remodeling did an excellent job; I will be using them for other projects. They provided expertise, they listened, and have lots of depth. The teams on site were respectful of my house and did a terrific job with everything. I got great value for my money, they were easy to work with, responsive and communicated well. My new bathroom countertop, sinks and faucets look fabulous! I couldn't be more pleased.

We just finished an addition with Tile Land. We are absolutely thrilled with this big scale project I strongly recommend them! I want to especially mention Pete Garcia, the owner, and Ricky. A major project is unnerving. I felt at ease from the first meeting I had with the owner (Pete) at the company's office in Richardson. With any big project, there are bound to be small hiccups. I felt Pete was extremely responsive and attentive to all of those concerns. I found him to be honest and full of integrity. Also, Ricky was a fantastic project manager. I saw or heard from him pretty much every day, which is even more impressive because that involved him commuting between the office in Richardson and Dallas. Ricky was on top of all the trades (electrical, plumbing, etc) and made sure they stuck to the schedule. If I mentioned any small concern, Ricky had them back out the next day to address the concern. I was very impressed that Pete was able to work around our budget and was transparent about what could be done, and let us choose exactly which upgrades to make. During the project, we added several small projects unrelated to the addition and Pete was very fair about pricing and exceeded our expectations. He's now our go to person for any work we want to be done in the future, and we're already thinking of ideas. Do not hesitate to call Pete. You'll get quality work at a fair price.

I was extremely pleased with the over the top service I received from Juan at TileLand. He coordinated everything extremely efficiently and helped me design the perfect upgrades to my kitchen. Everything was very cost effective and looks remarkable. I will definately be using them in the future should I need additional renovations!
