⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend TL Remodeling — Richardson & DFW Metroplex Working with Noel and his team at TL Remodeling was one of the best decisions we made during our home renovation in Richardson. They’re conveniently located off US-75 and work on projects all over the DFW Metroplex, which made us feel confident we were working with experienced, professional contractors from day one. Noel completely blew us away with his knowledge, attention to detail, and how much he genuinely cared about both the process and the final result. We knew how we wanted our home to feel, but didn’t know how to get there. Noel walked through every space with us, asked thoughtful questions we hadn’t even considered, and never rushed the process. He explained options clearly and helped the renovation feel organized instead of overwhelming. We had worked with another contractor previously, and the experience was the total opposite—being put on the back burner, slow or inaccurate estimates, and little on-site presence. Choosing TL Remodeling instead was a huge relief, and honestly, we don’t think our home would have turned out nearly as well without them. What really sets Noel apart is his ability to anticipate issues before they happen. He understands the proper order of a renovation and always prioritized safety—for us and even our small dog—especially when the house was exposed. He was incredibly patient throughout the project. If I made a design decision that wasn’t ideal, he would gently flag it, let me see it through, and later fix it without frustration or “I told you so.” No arguing—just calm, professional guidance. Noel checked in often to make sure progress stayed on track and that we were happy along the way, not just at the end. His entire crew was just as impressive: kind, respectful, punctual, and great to have in our home. We’re beyond happy with the results and so grateful we chose TL Remodeling. If you’re in Richardson or anywhere in the DFW area and considering a remodel, do yourself a favor and hire Noel and his team. You’ll be glad you did—truly.

I had a great experience with TL Remodeling. My point of contact was Juan Ronquillo. Juan talked me through everything from start to finish. He was great with giving me ideas and ways to see a different vision. The thing I liked was that Juan was conservative in estimating the time needed to complete the work and he was pretty spot on. Everything turned out beautifully; I have space where I didn't thing there was any. We had our ceilings, floors, bathrooms and kitchen remodeled, and we also repurposed a room. If I could change anything about the process, it would be my lack of interest in it. Juan and his team did a fantastic job and they definitely deserve five stars or more.

Installed tile flooring on patio. Did a great job, correct and on time at a good price. I have recommended them to other friends.

This is my 2nd project & won’t be the last w/TLRemoldeling. I have Champagne taste on a beer budget, so it did take TileLand Remodeling & I a little time to come to a final decision on my SPC flooring. Long story short…I am Extremely Happy with my flooring & the outcome. Though it was a little more than I wanted to pay I know that it was worth taking their professional advice. Pete/Owner & Juan, the project consultant gave me sound & honest information/opinion. Everado (aka Pepe?) who did a Great job on my floors was meticulous w/his work. Being on a “Beer Budget” does not mean I was willing to sacrifice Quality, Integrity, Durability & Appearance of my flooring it just meant a little limited on my options. My final choice was better than the “Champagne budget Flooring” I was originally wanting. I LOVE MY FLOORS. TLR is Fair, Honest, Patient & Have Integrity. This is the type of business I only do business with…Period! Thank You to Everyone that worked with me on this project.

T L Remodeling did an amazing job renovating my bathrooms, wet bar and built-in wall unit. I was very impressed with their work ethic and expertise. They worked diligently to make sure that I was pleased with the outcome. Juan was very personable and coordinated the projects to make sure that the workers completed each task in a timely manner. I felt comfortable having Juan and TL workers in my home because they were respectful of me and my home. I highly recommend them. My bathrooms, wet bar and built-in wall unit look beautiful.

We done several projects and can’t overly state how positive our experiences have been. Pete Garcia is a real pro and leads a highly ethical company. TL Remodeling has update our kitchen, primary bathroom, entire flooring, and most recently tiling of our back porch. When we have a remodeling project, TL Remodeling is the only one we call. TL remodeling did an excellent job; I will be using them for other projects. They provided expertise, they listened, and have lots of depth. The teams on site were respectful of my house and did a terrific job with everything. I got great value for my money, they were easy to work with, responsive and communicated well. My new bathroom countertop, sinks and faucets look fabulous! I couldn't be more pleased.

We just finished an addition with Tile Land. We are absolutely thrilled with this big scale project I strongly recommend them! I want to especially mention Pete Garcia, the owner, and Ricky. A major project is unnerving. I felt at ease from the first meeting I had with the owner (Pete) at the company's office in Richardson. With any big project, there are bound to be small hiccups. I felt Pete was extremely responsive and attentive to all of those concerns. I found him to be honest and full of integrity. Also, Ricky was a fantastic project manager. I saw or heard from him pretty much every day, which is even more impressive because that involved him commuting between the office in Richardson and Dallas. Ricky was on top of all the trades (electrical, plumbing, etc) and made sure they stuck to the schedule. If I mentioned any small concern, Ricky had them back out the next day to address the concern. I was very impressed that Pete was able to work around our budget and was transparent about what could be done, and let us choose exactly which upgrades to make. During the project, we added several small projects unrelated to the addition and Pete was very fair about pricing and exceeded our expectations. He's now our go to person for any work we want to be done in the future, and we're already thinking of ideas. Do not hesitate to call Pete. You'll get quality work at a fair price.

I was extremely pleased with the over the top service I received from Juan at TileLand. He coordinated everything extremely efficiently and helped me design the perfect upgrades to my kitchen. Everything was very cost effective and looks remarkable. I will definately be using them in the future should I need additional renovations!
