The remodeling experience was excellent from start to finish. Working with the estimator and the designer was excellent and they provided guidance through the design phase and made sure every aspect of the process was addressed. The workers were respectful both of our property and person. Simple things like closing the door behind them, laying paper on the floor to protect the tile, always, and I mean always on time, providing updates as to what was accomplished that day and what to expect next was so much appreciated. Similarly, the project manager kept us informed on what to expect each day. The application showed the schedule of activities for the entire project, with pictures daily of what was done. I traveled throughout most of the construction, so I was able to keep up to date on the progress just by logging in and reviewing the pictures. The speed and efficiency of the guys that did the tiles was amazing. They were the ones that closed the door with each exit and entry as they cut the tiles outside. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience and I highly recommend Todd Thomas Home.

They completed a high-end remodel of our upstairs, including new flooring, three beautifully finished bathrooms, a new staircase, and fresh paint throughout—the results are exceptional. Everyone who worked in our home was professional, respectful, and trustworthy. They kept everything clean and minimized disruption, which made the process so much easier. In June 2025, my family and I began searching for our dream home on Merritt Island. After exploring many options, we found a property with great bones and huge potential. A family friend referred us to Todd Thomas Homes in Melbourne, Florida—and it turned out to be the best contractor experience we’ve ever had, even after owning four homes. From start to finish, the Todd Thomas team was solution-driven, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality results on time and on budget. Our project included impact doors and windows, new flooring throughout, a luxury staircase, a full kitchen remodel, exterior stucco work, and complete interior and exterior painting. What felt like a monumental undertaking became a “set it and forget it” experience. Their in-house design consultant, Jennifer, was incredible. She helped turn our ideas into a cohesive vision, guiding us through countless decisions with colors and finishes we never would have imagined. Living through a three-month renovation isn’t easy, but Todd’s team made it manageable. Our project manager, Frank, was outstanding—organized, responsive, and always adding value when unexpected challenges arose. At no point did we feel our concerns weren’t addressed, and every person who worked in our home was professional and delivered excellent craftsmanship. What truly stood out was Todd’s personal involvement. Unlike many contractors, he was hands-on—walking the home before the project, checking in throughout, and even sitting down with us afterward to genuinely hear our feedback. There are many remodeling options on the Space Coast, but based on our experience, Todd Thomas Homes is the only choice we would recommend.

We recently had our master bathroom remodeled and an electric fireplace wall installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Todd Thomas Home operates differently. They were on time every day, respectful, and always left our home clean. Pricing was clear with no surprises, and scheduling was transparent — we always knew exactly what to expect. Our project manager Greg was on-site daily and always quick to respond to any question or concern, never making us feel like anything we brought up was unimportant. The job was completed ahead of schedule and the quality speaks for itself. What really set them apart was the follow-up after the job was done — they reached out to make sure we were satisfied and stand fully behind their work. That kind of accountability is rare. Todd Thomas is a great company, and we are very glad we went with them. We wanted to have a bookcase built in our office and they did a quality job. Project manager kept us up to date and all of the specialists were craftsmen. Each day the team cleaned up the work area before they left. We now have a floor to ceiling / wall to wall bookcase that we are very satisfied with - it is a great addition to our home. The owner of the company even came out after the project was complete to make sure, we were fully satisfied. Todd Thomas is a quality company, and we would go back to them for future projects. They do superior work!

TTH is a well oiled machine with great business formula and methodologies for a successful outcome for the homeowner and business. From Jeremy’s first assessment the preparation & planning went fantastic. Our Senior Project Manager, John, held a final walk through with Jeremy and our GC daily Manager to start the formal process and ask critical questions to ensure their detailed plan would meet our final desires. Every cut, mod and inch matters, so that TTH could do the amazing job they did. Our new bathroom resembles a French spa atmosphere that we’ll never tire of. Some of the details that TTH managed: -My heavily mitred edge counter and shelves in Quartz with compound French curves are AMAZING. -Our walk-in shower is basically a Dekton jewel box in Salina (mimicking Carrara marble, but without the water intrusion causing damage over the years) has cool shower multi faucets with precision install, niches, exhausted ceiling with can led’s, grab bar. -The main room tile work by Scott’s team is unparalleled. He knows his business so well. My well traveled friends are in awe. His techniques and eye for centerlines and maximizing low tile cuts yielded a high end spa environment with smooth straight lines for my tumbled marble broken edge tiles (which was no small feat). -The cabinet and plumbing install with all trim work was installed in a scripted, measured manner starting after tear down to ensure all sinks lined up with XL antique mirrors we had sourced prior. Our GC daily manager, Greg was fantastic and easy to work with. He coordinated daily and prevented issues ahead of time. We were happy with his detailed eyes and build knowledge and felt lucky to have him. All around great guy that works very hard (early to late daily). He was respectful of our home, protecting the floors, walls, locks and ensuring no one had full or late access. We were gone several weeks/ weekends where extra care was ensured! We would not research Reno GC’s when we do another remodel, but drive straight over to TTH and coordinate a first meeting to discuss the new project.

Todd Thomas Home did a fantastic job renovating the 1994 house I bought in Suntree. It was a huge remodel--taking out the wall that cut off the kitchen from the rest of the house, replacing the old two-tier countertop with a large flat modern island, and installing beautiful natural stone countertops. They had to trench the floor to move plumbing & electric, and refinished the ceiling so no one would ever know a wall was there. They laid brand new tile flooring thoughout the whole house, and painted the walls. The work is absolutely spectacular. It's obvious everyone takes pride in their craftsmanship. And Larry the project manager kept me up to date and responded instantly whenever I had a question. And believe it or not, the work was completed a little ahead of schedule! Once the design was settled, construction flew on this job. I couldn't be happier with Todd Thomas Home.

After using Todd Thomas Home for a major kitchen, living room and bath renovation inn 2017 I again chose them to remodel 2 outdated bathrooms for me recently and was totally happy with the results. Todd, his staff and his crew led by Frank King and John Deck along with Betty the designer were wonderful to work with, particularly due to their work ethic, talent and desire to make sure my expectations were met. Communication throughout was flawless, every text, email and phone call was promptly responded to and the project software was terrific in keeping me informed as to the timeline. Highly recommend them for any and all home renovation projects.

We’re very happy with our Todd Thomas (TT) home renovation experience! The estimating process was refreshingly transparent and project execution impressive. Greg did a fantastic job keeping the renovation on schedule, as well as keeping us informed of on-going activity. Our communication flow with TT was exceptional; we always received quick responses to questions, even on weekends. We really appreciated the fact when TT said they were going to do something, they did it. TT workers were competent, respectful, showed up on time, exhibited a strong work ethic, and left work areas clean at the end of each day. When design issues came up, TT helped guide us toward alternative solutions. We were also impressed with TT office staff who were very efficient and responsive. We are very pleased with the final product at the end of our project. Despite a few minor hiccups during the job and an extended schedule, overall we would recommend Todd Thomas for renovation. We had our old tile removed using the “dustless” tile removal and Jesse and his crew were great! New tile laid down by Scott and his crew was also a great experience. Shout out to Jeremy and Frank for their patience at our MANY questions before and during the project. Kim at ProSource is amazing with help selecting the right product and Rob with Todd Thomas was a bright light during our project as he can do ANYTHING and his work ethic is outstanding.

This was our first experience using Todd Thomas Home for a project at our home and I can say truthfully that it was all-around an excellent experience! We needed stucco repair, two door replacements, and a full exterior painting all of which turned out just as we had envisioned. First off, the very first meeting we had Todd was there and brought in all the folks that would be working on our project so we could meet everyone and explain what we had in mind. The carpenter, stucco, and painter were all there along with the project manager and the site supervisor. We were able to explain in detail exactly what we wanted and everyone took notes and were attentive to what we had to say. Once the project started we were kept informed of the progress and also given access online to our project timeline calendar which was very helpful. Throughout the entire process we felt we were being treated with respect and listened to when we had a small change or idea. Overall, the quality of the work was excellent and it was well worth the slightly higher quote to have the project managed and completed in such a professional manner. We would highly recommend Todd Thomas Homes to anyone needing work done on their home whether it’s a large or small project! 6 stars if I could leave an extra….
