Traemand

I’ve been asking for nearly 2 weeks for a final invoice. They never sent me an invoice but charged my card.

I had Traemand install my IKEA kitchen July 14and 15 and here I sit waiting for them to finish. Their customer service does not exist. I have emailed, called and texted several times to no response. They say they guarantee their work, but they put in no means of contacting them if there is a problem. This is sad because the installers themselves were great. It’s their stupid follow up/customer service. I guess once they get their money, their done.

Sure, the guys come in and do the work but they hung our IKEA cabinet doors crooked, one of the latches on the under sink cabinet has already come off and they charged us for work they didn't do. We've tried and tried to get them to respond with numerous calls and emails and as of today, no calls or emails have been returned. Ron was the person we were told was in charge and still, for over TWO weeks, nothing. I WOULD NOT recommend them....do it yourself, at least it'll be done correctly and they won't tell you all the things they DON'T do even though IKEA doesn't inform you of that. I think there is a disconnect somewhere.....

Our entire experience has been a great one. experience was a great one. Brittany Moody has been amazing throughout the entire process. She was very prompt in responding all my questions. We had a problem with the delivery of our order so I called her to inform her and by the time she called me back, she had a resolution. Brittany should be recognized by her peers as an example and especially by her management team. John Renz and Alex Pico were on time every morning - punctuality is very important to me. They worked quickly and efficiently. They addressed all of my concerns. One of the doors came damaged and by the time I asked John when it would be replaced, he had already called Ikea and the new door had been delivered. Dan Chaffey and his team of subcontractors have made an otherwise stressful project a great experience. Dan knows his business and makes sure we have a mini-meeting every morning to inform me of the timeline and what I should expect throughout the week. Dale is a perfectionist! He made sure everything was as we wanted it and we could not be happier with the work he did. Last Wednesday, a pipe was accidentally broken by another worker and Dale came to fix it even though he was very sick. Jesus did a great job on our ceiling. Tried his best to keep things as clean as possible. He’s very pleasant and most importantly he is very respectful. My only suggestion is that he work on his time management because he was late most days but made up for it by working late and on the weekend.

We had a tremendous experience using Traemand through our recent IKEA kitchen remodel project! We enjoyed a 4-hour in-home consult with a designer who really helped us maximize our space, stay on budget, and give us creative ideas for increasing the functionality of our kitchen. The installation team was prompt, friendly, and highly skilled. The new kitchen is beautiful and we appreciated the team's careful consideration of materials that would not be needed for the job that resulted in our ability to get our money back for those un-needed products.

Lovely people to deal with. They installed my kitchen and I am pleased with the results. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was because they didn't do a punch list with me. However, in the end, I recommended them to others and would use them again.

I had a great expierance with Traemand. They where assigned to install my Ikea kitchen. The installer the sent (Frank Dudson) was very respectful and took time to answer every question and concern my wife and I had. The installation process was smooth. They never leave to work site without informing you on what the next step is. My installer didn't mark the job as completed until my wife and I where 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Professional and great experience, would highly recommend. They installed quickly, cleaned up, and have full confidence in their skill that everything was installed correctly.

Traemand recently installed a complete IKEA kitchen at our residence. The work was excellent. The crews were competent , they showed up on time each day and they cleaned up when they were finished. Trade and came and put together and installed our IKEA kitchen. They were efficient yet very carful. The actual installer made suggestions to improve o. The plan, which we were very grateful for. Our kitchen looks even better than we imagined. We are very pleased with the work done. The staff were all friendly, courteous and respectful of our property. We highly recommend them.
