I am a retired builder and needed to build a spec home while living out of state. I found Sean (owner) through a friend and he did a fantastic job. There are 3 keys points to building - budget, schedule and quality. Sean really went above and beyond to hit all three points. Budget was challenging with recent inflation and scarcity of labor. Between his subs and mine as well as his employees, we came very close to budget. As for schedule, a few things happened (which they always do) and Sean put all his resources in play at the end of the schedule to get it done on time. As for quality, he has a core staff that has a multitude of skills. These employees are a huge help as he can bring them in at any time to correct issues, push things forward or fill in where there is a gap in the work to be completed by the subs. Overall, Sean is a great guy to work with -- honest, thoughtful, extremely hardworking and conscientious. I should mention that he always answers the phone. You never have to worry that you can't reach him. I would use him again without hesitation!
