I am an architect and have collaborated on several residential projects with Triumph Construction over the last 20 years. Their work is excellent, Bill is always available for customer support, and when projects have gone out to bid the prices have come in at a reasonable range compared to other contractors. Some of the houses we do are unique remodeling projects and Bill's team comes up with workable suggestions to make things work. I highly recommend Triumph Construction and I am available as a reference.

Triumph Construction was responsible for building the Remodel-Addition for a residential project I designed. They were timely, competitive and professional, resulting in a high quality product.

Bill completed our remodel in 2003. The home is still in great shape due in part to the construction work being done professionally. We added a second story, new master bath, kitchen and powder room - 1,300 sq. feet of new space. He and our site manager Ted worked well with my designer on every aspect of the 12 month project. Actually completed a month early! Had a subpar architect who we regretted hiring, but Ted made a design change for aesthetics that made the curb appeal of the front more interesting and much improved. He could see the architect was not taking advantage of a particular aspect of the house profile. At the end of the day, this was way over a half million dollar project and we have no regrets on our contractor choice. We're still in the home today.

My friends and clients are always astounded when I tell them that Triumph not only came in on time, on budget, but did everything with exceptionally high quality AND were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We did a second story addition and tweaked the first -- even our neighbors loved them. I'm a realtor, and have heard many the sad tale, but by working with Bill and Triumph, you will get your happily ever after.

I used Triumph Construction for a major remodel of my home. I was told that my bid from Triumph would not be the lowest but it would be the most accurate. I found this to be true. The bid was the most detailed of those I received, and we had few surprises. The work was done first rate. I lived on site (in garage) and was able to walk the work site daily. Whenever an issue arose I would call and get an immediate response and solution. I would highly recommend this firm for home remodeling. Excellent.

If only all general contractors could have the integrity, honesty, transparency and attention to detail as Bill Rosenberg and Triumph Construction! Bill and his team completely gutted and renovated my home, and I could not be more satisfied with the workmanship. The reason I would recommend Bill to anyone isn't that he was completely flawless in his execution; it's because he and his team immediately remedied any problem that arose, and was completely fair in his pricing and timing. Triumph took over construction when our previous contractor dropped the ball. Triumph was a complete 180 on the quality of work, ease of working relationship and price. We did a major re-haul on our property with extensive work on both the inside and landscape. Working with everyone at Triumph, and especially Bill, was fantastic. They seemed to understand what I wanted and worked hard to get me the very best. When it came time to finding the details, like our decorative concrete front facade, Triumph delivered the highest quality and every detail was exactly as we imagined. I know with a lot of contractors you have to look over their shoulders (like reviewing each tile before it's laid) but not with Triumph. Never was anything over looked. Also their prices remained competitive throughout the process. I know some contractors will slowly raise the prices as the project continues, but not so with Triumph. I have recomended Triumph to several friends and all of them have had great experiences. I thank Bill and everyone at Triumph for all the great work and if we ever move or find ourselves needing to do more construction, Triumph will be the first and only call I make.
