Toni was very responsive and professional throughout the entire time I worked with her. There were a few issues that popped up unexpectedly but she handled them quickly and got them resolved. Additionally, any questions I had were usually answered in a manner of minutes and they were answered 100% satisfactorily. She knew what she was talking about and after listening to any and all concerns was able to answer them. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a renovation project and plan on using her for any future renovations I may have.

I have had several wonderful interactions with TTC Enterprises and Toni Chavis. They are professional, friendly and honest. Toni has been to my home to walk thru and make a proposal for my master bath remodel. I was sent back an incredible design with cost estimates and all the necessary details so that if we wanted, we could do all or some of the work ourselves. After that, I sent TTC Enterprises some photos of an area I wanted to redesign with a pass-through and counter space between kitchen and dining room and again, Toni provided all the necessary details and aspects of the project, several of which I had not considered. Lastly, I referred TTC Enterprises to a friend who hired them to tile the entire downstairs of their new home. They were thrilled with the results and it looks stunning! TTC was timely and efficient and did great work! And that is important to me because I referred them to someone I know.
