I hired UBuildit-McKinney to assist me with building my new home and I couldn't be happier. The direction and support I received from Floyd was just what I needed to have the confidence to build my home. Doing our own house build was very difficult yet rewarding. UBuildit was extremely helpful laying out the process and being there for the many questions we had. We are in our house now, and we're loving it. It was well worth the toil being able to build the house we really wanted.

I wanted to build a house and contacted UbuildIt to see if I could save me some money. Overall I save just over 100K doing the build myself, I was able to use all of UbuildIt contractors and that is what saved me the most money. Floyd is courteous, professional, and always available when I picked up the phone. If I were to build another house I would most certainly use UbuildIt again. The fee he charges was absorbed into the cost of the house and I saved so much money using his vendors I was able to get the service for basically free. Since we built the house, we have been in it for just over a year, with no issues. I think this house will last a 100 years.
