For construction or renovations, for remodeling large or small, there is no one that I would recommend with more enthusiasm than Onel Abreu of Ultimate Building Innovation. We retained Onel’s services for three renovation projects, involving over time the remodeling of the kitchen, two bathrooms and lanai flooring in our Marco Island condo. The fact that we came back to him twice after the first project speaks volumes about our satisfaction. Onel is himself a remarkably competent and efficient contractor, in addition to being a warm and friendly individual. You get the sense that your project is important to him. He listens to your needs, understands them, and comes up with workable solutions. He asks the right questions and manages expectations. His rates are in tune with your budget, and he never tries to push for more expensive materials than the client wishes. His quotes are precise and you won’t have to pay a cent above the quote you agreed upon. The work is done professionally and over the agreed upon time. You will be kept abreast of the project’s progress through regular texts and attached pics and videos. In short, I would recommend Ultimate Building Innovation strongly and without any reservation for any construction and/or remodeling project.

We used Ultimate Building Innovation to remodel (kitchen and two baths) our condo. His pricing was very fair as compared to other quotes we received and the quality of his contractors was excellent. The two qualities that stood out for us was the presidents attention to detail and his responsiveness. I cannot remember a time when we reached out to him with a question, about the project, where is did not respond to us within the hour. With all the work being done on Marco Island, due to hurricane Irma, that is very impressive. In the end Onel takes great pride in his work and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

The owner is a great listener and worked diligently with my wife and I to insure our complete satisfaction, offering his guidance and help whenever .
