Unicon Construction Solutions did a great job on our bathroom remodel! Or was always very responsive, forthright, and patient with our first-time-remodeler questions, and his team did excellent work on our project, within the anticipated time-frame and budget.

Or and Sagi were great to work with! As background, we hired them to remove two walls to open up our living space and to install a bar at one end of our dining area. They were great communicators throughout, and we appreciated their patience with all of the questions that come with being first-time homeowners. From initial ideation to designs to permitting to construction, we felt in good hands the whole time. We have since recommended them to multiple friends in the area and are excited to see more of their work.

Picking a contractor is a stressful process — it’s one of those cases where horror stories seem to be the norm. Just finding someone who doesn’t scam you is hard enough, and finding someone who’s actually superb is like finding a diamond in the rough. Well Or and Sagie at Unicon are like finding a dozen diamonds! We worked with Unicon to do a full-house remodel and I can’t stress how amazing these guys are. They’re extremely communicative, organized, thoughtful, and helpful. At every step in the process they’ve patiently answered all our questions, suggested great options we didn’t think of, and outlined in great detail every piece of the project (with prices) so we could decide which work to do and know exactly what to expect. They consistently followed through on anything they said they would and they care a lot about quality. We interviewed a bunch other contractors and these guys are head and shoulders above anyone else out there.

We had a great experience working with Sagie from unicon. I really appreciate him being super detail oriented and helpful during our project. The project was just a bathroom remodeling. With a good number of quotes we received on our remodeling project, Unicon were not on the cheap end but also definitely not the ones that want to cut corners and make easy money. We went to visit a couple of their projects and were really impressive by the level of attention they put in their work. We were able to work out a budget and keep the cost to a reasonable range. The workers were professional and stuck to their proposed schedule. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for some high quality work done in their homes.

After debating whether or not we should redo our back yard we finally decided to go ahead and get it done (we had nothing in the back at all and it was very depressing for a long time until we finally managed to get to our senses). We got to Unicon through a friend and Or started by walking with us to the back yard and understanding what we want and how this should play out. We hired unicon to completely redo the back (added plants, trails, stepping stones, lights, artificial turf and a custom hot tub). Project was done on time, all the guys were respectful to our property and presence, we loved the way this project went and very happy with choosing Unicon. More than happy to recommend these guys and their wonderful attitude.

Sagie and the team have done a great job with our renovations. As newbies, it is really helpful that he is so accessible and always helps us think through the different decisions. Phase one (kids bathroom) looks amazing and we can’t wait to move on to the Master Suite!!

About six months ago I wanted to renovate my newly purchased home. I didn't know much about the whole process as this is my first time buying and remodeling a house. I called a few contractors and eventually, based on how professional and experienced they were, I decided to go with Unicon. I redid my kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, exterior paint and roof. Their bid was extremely reasonable and smack in the middle of them but the quality was un matched by anything I have seen in my friends' or family member's homes. They were extremely communicative (I had Or as my designated engineer - they have civil engineers that are project managers which is a big big plus), always on time, updating me daily through our chat groups. As a part of my job I need to travel for a week or so every now and then and it was calming to think I left my home in these guys' hand. The result was amazing and couldn't make me happier. once the project was over (4 days earlier than expected) they did a walkthrough with me to explain the warranty, how to get in touch with them if I need anything and to thank me for my business. Trust me, you should consider yourself lucky if these guys take on your project. All the best to Unicon and the team.

I decided to go with Unicon through a friend who worked with them before. I called Sagie and he came over and advised me what is the bet way to do my kitchen and bathroom. We had a design and he came up with a material list of every single thing that we need to supply. Not only was the price exciting but the portfolio they have is outstanding and unique. Sagie was the project manager was incredible. Him and his crew were on top of it all. You can tell they have been doing what they do for a long number of years and it was all organic. It was all flowing and the kitchen and bathroom remodel we asked for turned out beautifully. We could not be happier about the turn out and have recommended this contractor to our friends and employees. Great job gentlemen I really mean that!

We worked with Or and Sagie on a full renovation of a three story duplex (2 units, 2000 sq ft) in San Francisco which still had its 1947 plumbing, electric, etc. We completely redid 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms, all new electrical, hardwood floors, doors, windows, hvac, insulation, and removed a wall between the kitchen and living room. Or & Sagie communicated clearly and often and were willing to work with us within our budget. They were also good about fixing things where needed (like moving plumbing in the way of the recessed medicine cabinet, fixing windows when painter accidentally broke them). Most importantly, we felt their prices were fair and were able to get the job done quickly. We did our full renovation in 4 months and on budget. Or and Sagie were our general contractors and referred us to their contacts for cabinets and HVAC, while we provided the architect and engineer’s design, and selected and purchased all the finishings.

When me and my wife initially contacted Unicon we were a little uncertain as we had a very unpleasant experience with contractors in the past. We scheduled an appointment and finally it wasn't a sales rep that showed up but an actual engineer! From there everything was a breeze really - we redid some rooms in our home and the exterior as well. We also ventured to the kitchen mid project and added it in. Or was on time, courteous and extremely skilled. We were extremely impressed by the way Or and his crew worked - on going time schedule (rather than the we might finish within 6-8 weeks like all the contractors here love to say) and the daily communication. We are very pleased with the result and the overall process. A word to the wise: ask the guy who initially comes to your home questions about actual work and permitting process, find everything in google to prep you for the initial meeting, that will help you identify the sales reps from the actual pros. Bottom line, this industry can have it's rotten apples - Unicon is definitely not one of them and they should show the rest how work should be done.

Working with Unicon Construction was one of the best decisions I could have made. I was super nervous when I had to choose a contractor to remodel my master bathroom but after lots of research I hired Sagie and the Unicon team. I am very happy with the choice I made! Sagie was very helpful when it came to the estimating costs and very informative on the process. He was a great communicator, keeping me updated daily. The price was very reasonable (especially compared to the other ridiculous quotes we got) and the crew did a great job. They even fixed a few extra things without causing a fuss or asking for more money. Over all I'm super happy with my new bathroom and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. And I’ll definitely use them for my next home improvement project!
